Paradise isn’t a photograph.
It’s a real place you use every day.
A sunlit patch where you drink coffee in the morning.
A short loop where kids ride bikes until dusk.
A cool, shaded lane for dog zoomies.
We design for those moments, and for the years to come.
Quick fixes? We don’t do them.
If it won’t last, we won’t specify it. Our work is built to age with grace, not collapse under its own growth. If you want a landscape that’s beautiful but not brittle, that balances technology with hands-on craft, we’re the studio that will design it, detail it, and stand by it while it grows.
Let’s build your Eden together.
About Us
"I’ve spent years in the field with my hands in the dirt, seeing what works and what fails. Now I design with both the joy of creation and the stubborn practicality of someone who’s had to fix other people’s mistakes."
It started at a computer. The same hyper-focus I had as a kid building worlds in The Sims, except now the plans leave the screen, take root, and grow. Designing is fun, sure, but it’s also informed by years spent in the mud doing the real work: installing, pruning, tearing out failed ideas, and watching the seasons prove what holds up.
New Eden came from frustration. Too many landscapes are either thrown together without a plan or treated like a short-term decoration. Over the last couple of decades, we’ve seen the same thing again and again: cute little loropetalum and dwarf conifers crammed into tight beds, then left to explode into root-bound monsters that crowd sidewalks, block windows, and push against foundations. All preventable. The truth is, right plant in the right place isn’t a tagline — it’s the difference between a landscape that thrives and one that becomes a problem.
We like to...
...Start with ecology, then layer in the feeling: sun, shade, slope, soil, and how the space will be lived in years from now.
...Design on modern tools that produce renderings with meaning. Detail for the crews who’ll build it so what’s drawn is what gets installed.
...Choose a wider palette. We rely on native and regionally adapted plants for structure, texture, and seasonal change — not just what’s trending.
...Think like maintainers. We’ve been the ones caring for complex landscapes, so we know what lasts and what falls apart.
The work we love
Our projects range from the personal, like a framed front walk that naturally draws guests in, to larger, repeatable designs for streetscapes and builder lots. The common threads? Clean lines. Strong bones. Layered plantings that grow into their space. Edges that feel deliberate.
What we hand over
Clear plans mean fewer problems later. Every New Eden set is installation-ready: accurate layouts, spacing notes, phasing diagrams, and instructions in English and Spanish.
For developers and builders
We built the TerraLogic™ Developer Package System to solve a simple problem: good construction ruined by poor landscape planning. The Haven, Oasis, Eden Catalog gives builders adaptable, high-quality designs that can be deployed quickly without becoming cookie-cutter. Plans are adjusted to real site conditions, respect budgets, and address the details that matter most — grading, drainage, and long-term plant health.
